I earned my Bachelors degree in Law in 1973 from the Catholic University, Lima, Peru, and my Master’s degree in International Legal Studies in 2002 from the Washington College of Law, American University,  Washington D.C. I am an experienced negotiator. I practiced law in Peru for more than 30 years specializing in contracts and real estate. When I arrived to the United States, I decided to work in the real estate area because it is narrowly related to the legal activities I used to practice in Peru.
